Data we may collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we receive the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, project type and message. When you visit the site, technical records may include your IP address, browser, device, requested page, timestamp, referral source and security events.

03

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and take requested steps before a potential contract.
  • To assess engineering requirements and manage relevant follow-up.
  • To operate, secure, measure and improve the website.
  • To maintain appropriate business, technical and legal records.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

We rely on contract steps, legal obligations and our legitimate interests as appropriate to the processing.

04

Enquiry storage and email

Project enquiries are stored in the website's protected database and transmitted through Microsoft 365 to authorised FastRepro personnel. A confirmation message is sent to the email address supplied in the form. Please do not submit confidential technical files or sensitive personal data through the initial enquiry form.

05

Cookies and audience measurement

FastRepro uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage, referral sources and successful enquiry submissions. Google may set or access measurement identifiers and receive technical information about your visit. You can restrict or delete cookies using your browser settings or use browser-based tracking protection.

06

Who receives data?

Access is limited to authorised Vistory personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, security, email communications and professional advice. Data may be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

07

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires it, approved transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards are used.

08

How long do we keep it?

Enquiry and relationship records are retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, support potential contracts and meet legal obligations. Technical and security records follow operational and provider retention settings, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Longer retention may apply for a legal claim or statutory duty.

09

Your rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive portable data. Submit a request through the FastRepro contact form.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the competent data protection authority in your country where applicable.
