Which files are compatible with Fastrepro?

To meet your 3D printing requirements, we accept the following file formats: stl, obj, stp, step, igs, iges, zip, png, jpg, jpeg, gif, etc.

We accept files of up to 1 GB.

To begin with, make sure that your file contains only one part. Also check the dimensions of your part before choosing a technology and a material, to ensure that they are suitable for the creation of your object.

Finally, having a 3D file does not mean that it is ready to print. If the 3D file has been generated incorrectly, the part may contain edges, holes, intersecting areas, etc. If you notice this type of defect and are unable to correct it, don’t hesitate to send us your project via the “Quote on request” page.

Don’t hesitate to contact us via the “Tailor made quote” link on our home page. You can send us your file and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have a project using another material, please contact us via the “Tailor made quote” page.

All our materials are available in matching colours. If you would like a colour that is not offered for a material, please let us know about your project via the                Tailor made quote” page.

Once your order has been validated, we receive a notification. We qualify the feasibility of your project within 2 days, and get back to you if there are any technical complications.

If your project presents technical complications, your order will be cancelled and you will be contacted within 2 days to discuss the matter.

We undertake to inform you of any foreseeable delay in delivery.

In the event of permanent unavailability of materials, we will inform you and undertake to reimburse you within 30 days of the date of notification of unavailability.

In the event of temporary unavailability of materials, we will inform you of the date on which your order will be available. You may then maintain your order or cancel it. In the latter case, we undertake to reimburse you within 30 days of your request.
